Return of Items from the Online Parts Store

  1. Please call1-888-362-5572oremailfor a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. You will need to furnish the Buyer’s company name, address, city, state, postal code, phone number, contact name, email, part number(s), quantity being returned and original order invoice number.Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this RMA number. All returns must be authorized in advance and may be subject to a restocking charge. All returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Return of Repair, Replacement and Service Parts
To process your request as efficiently as possible, in the event that you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  2. You will need to furnish the Buyer’s company name, address, city, state, postal code, phone number, contact name, email, part number(s), quantity being returned and original order invoice number.Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this RMA number.   3. Be sure to write your RMA number on the shipping label.

申领discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted. Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will be subject to restocking fees as outline underRefundsbelow. C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) returns will not be accepted. Custom or Cut-to-Length Products: Because of the special nature of our products, we will be glad to cut products to length per your specifications. Cut-to-length products, however, are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.

Refunds

Once The Seller receives the item, we will inspect it. After the item has been inspected and approved for return, The Buyer will be notified on the status of the request according to the schedule below:

  • 0 – 30 days, unused, undamaged and unopened – Pending factory review of the returned item - 100% credit
  • 31 – 60 days, unused, undamaged and unopened – Pending factory review of the returned item - 85% credit, 15% restocking fee
  • 61 – 90 days, unused, undamaged and unopened – Pending factory review of the returned item - 75% credit, 25% restocking fee
  • 91 – 120 days, unused, undamaged and unopened – Pending factory review of the returned item - 65% credit, 35% restocking fee
  • Over 120 days – non returnable

If The Buyer’s return is approved, The Seller will initiate a refund to The Buyer’s credit card (or original method of payment). The Buyer will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on credit card issuer's policies.
